Our goal is to introduce you to as many craft beers from as many breweries as we can. Of course we are proud of our own ales, but turns out...there are a lot of good beers out there from a lot of local craft breweries.

This is a list of all the ales we brew in house. We rotate the taps at the Patio regularly so remember to check the Patio menu for what's currently available. Many of these are seasonals with limited distribution and a few are only available here at the Patio.

Pecan Ale with Honey (braggot)

Brewed with REAL pecans bought locally from Pape's Pecans in Seguin and honey from the New Braunfels Farmers Market. This award winning ale is our bread and butter and our only year around brew. A dry pecan profile with a slightly sweet honey finish balance out this brown ale into a smooth ale you can enjoy all year.

College Chronic  (Texas red ale)
This red ale comes with a dark rich color and a deceivingly dry finish due to the sweet nose. Expect slight chocolate notes and a earthy, dank bitterness. Named for the chronic pains of going to college, this smooth 7.5% ale will take the pain away.

Seguin Ale

This was our original flagship ale when we launched in 2013. Our first keg landed at Zelicks in San Marcos and we love bringing it back in short supply. Named for our hometown, this beer is a tribute to Seguin. Piney, spicey, and darker than what you would usually expect a pale ale to be, this ale is brought to life with Centennial hops and is a favorite of our local crowd.

1888 Whitechapel (dark English strong ale)

Named for the year and district Jack the Ripper terrorized London, this all English ingredient strong ale was originally our Halloween release. Over the years, due to popular demand we have started releasing limited amounts throughout the year. Strong dry dark chocolate notes with a mellow nose and not overly sweet, not nearly as boozy as you would expect an ale this heavy to be. 12 oz pours at the Patio.

Barril de Fuma

This light American Lager is brewed using pilsner malt that was smoked locally at Davila's BBQ in Seguin. Light bodied with a crisp clean finish you need from a lager, the smoke starts strong but as your palate embraces the flavors you will start wishing you brought a steak with you to enjoy with it.
